Shipping policy
Order Processing:
• All standard Printify items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Bamboo pajamas are special-order items. They are first shipped to Cozy Hearts for quality checks and then sent to you, which takes roughtly 4–6 weeks from the date the ordered is transferred to the manufacturer. Then item will be sent to you upon this process completion.
Shipping Times:
• Domestic (U.S.): Typically 5–12 business days from the date of shipment for standard items. Bamboo pajamas are included in the 4–6 week total processing + shipping time.
• International: Shipping times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks depending on product and location.
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and chosen shipping method.
• Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
• Cozy Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.
• If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at cozyhearts25@gmail.com, and we will help coordinate with Printify and the carrier or if bamboo we will handle it directly.

• Order details are the customer’s responsibility; please double-check your shipping address and order information before submitting.
• For items damaged or misprinted, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
No refunds will be given due to lost, stolen, or unapproved returned items.
