Refund policy
Printify Products:
All items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, are eligible for replacement or refund only if the product is damaged or misprinted.
We handle all customer service directly. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cozyhearts25@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item
We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Bamboo Pajamas (All Sales Final):
All sales of bamboo pajamas are final unless the mistake is on our part (wrong item or wrong size). You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at cozyhearts25@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
The item must be:
• New, unworn, and unwashed
• With tags intact
All returns must be approved by us before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing correct order details and shipping information. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.
